**Position Overview**: We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Gaming Attendants to join our dynamic team. As a Gaming Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our gaming patrons. You will ensure the smooth operation of our gaming lounge, maintain gaming machines, and uphold compliance with relevant regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to gaming patrons, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Assist patrons with gaming machine operation and answer any queries they may have.
- Monitor gaming areas to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and responsible gambling practices.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on gaming machines and report any faults or issues promptly.
- Process gaming transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain cleanliness and organisation in the gaming lounge.
- Assist in promotional activities and events within the gaming area.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and integrity at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or gaming industry is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and responsible gambling practices is desirable.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certifications are required.

Pay: From $32.25 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
