**About the Centre**
RecWest YMCA has its community at the front of its mind. It manages two facilities within Maribyrnong City Council, RecWest Braybrook and RecWest Footscray. RecWest Braybrook is host to a four-court stadium specialising in community hire needs and programming to a diverse population, RecWest Footscray has a Health Club and community spaces to provide services to all.
**About the role**
As a Health & Fitness Instructor at RecWest, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming lives and fostering a culture of well-being. In this pivotal role, you'll inspire, motivate, and educate individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals, providing personalised support tailored to their unique needs. With your strong leadership skills and passion for customer service, you'll create a supportive and inclusive environment where every member feels valued and engaged. Enjoy the flexibility of a casual position while experiencing the fulfillment of positively impacting lives every day.
This is a casual position and the hourly rate is $37.05 + Superannuation.

You embody the spirit of encouragement and support, inspiring our diverse clientele to adopt healthy, active behaviors. Your passion for member growth and exceptional customer service shines through as you engage with our community across the gym floor and beyond.
**Essential Qualifications**
- Certificate III or IV in Fitness or approved equivalent
- HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
- Maintain current AUSactive registration
