**Must have requirements** - Year 12 ATAR of >90 (or equivalent) - Valid Australian working rights - Should be available during all shift hours - Monday to Friday 3 pm to 7 pm and Saturday 10 am to 12 noon (optional). - Must be able to tutor at least one of the following: - Year 1 to 6 English and Math - Year 6 to 12 English - Year 6 to 12 Math **Weekly hours-**17 to 20 hours. **Work Location**: - 427 Docklands Drive **(Located in the Free Tram Zone)** **Responsibilities**: - Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition. - General office administration, maintaining office compliance and greeting clients - Manage the day-to-day operations of the Tutoring centre - Manage student folders, printing of classwork, homework etc - Cleaning and upkeep of the centre on a regular basis - Managing and retaining relationships with existing students and parents - Organising student bookings - Managing shift rosters and timesheets for Tutors - Onboarding and training tutors - Support, mentor and educate students from Prep to Year 12 in English and Maths. - Run Tutoring sessions as per shift roster - Fill in reports on students and track student results. - Prepare weekly homework for students. - Communicate with parents/ guardians about student performance & results. - Attend staff and PTA meetings. **Remuneration-**$28 to $32 per hour (depending on experience) WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR APPLICATION - _Resume (must include degree studying at university)_ - _Your Year 12 Results & ATAR OR Equivalent_ **Job Type**: Casual Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week **Benefits**: - Professional development assistance - Work from home Application Question(s): - What was your year 12 results and ATAR or equivalent?
