We’re looking for a caring and creative **Leisure & Lifestyle Assistant** to bring joy, connection, and meaningful experiences to older adults in our Aged Respite programs.

**What you’ll do**

As a **Leisure & Lifestyle Officer** in our **Aged Respite team**, you’ll:

- Plan, deliver and monitor engaging leisure and lifestyle programs that enhance wellbeing, independence, and social connection.
- Coordinate a variety of group and individual activities for clients, including those living with dementia or complex needs.
- Support staff to create a safe, positive, and stimulating environment that promotes both physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Manage scheduling, bookings, and day-to-day logistics for centre-based and community respite programs.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, carers, and local community partners.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities, including client feedback and program evaluation.
- Ensure all programs meet Aged Care Quality Standards and comply with relevant policies and procedures.

**What you’ll bring**

As a Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant you’ll bring:

- **Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent qualification)**:

- Experience delivering or supporting leisure and lifestyle programs in aged care or community settings
- Understanding of wellness and reablement principles, with a person-centred approach
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A current **NDIS Worker Screening Check** and **NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion**:

- (Desirable) **Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle**
