**Quick overview of the role**
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support both marketing initiatives and general office administration tasks. The position will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns and execute various marketing activities including social media content creation and digital advertising. Monitoring and analysing marketing metrics will also form a key component of this role.
**What will you be doing?**
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Coordinate and execute various marketing activities, including social media content creation and digital advertising
- Monitor and analyse marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights
- Coordinate marketing partners to achieve company goals
- Maintain and update marketing and sponsorship databases
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents
- Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and other activities as required
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries
- Plan and create the content calendar in line with the overall marketing strategy
- Proofread content to be published publicly
- Business Administration qualification or related field
- Previous experience in marketing, administrative support, or an office coordination role
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent research, organisational, and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
- Ability to learn quickly and the desire to grow
