Picker/packer

**Job description**

We are seeking new team members to join our clients production team in a dynamic role that includes working in our clients packing line. In this role, you will be a valued member of our clients production team, playing a key role in ensuring production targets are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. You must be reliable, punctual, and able to perform physical tasks that are often repetitive.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be consistent speed and accuracy
- Operate filling and packing equipment
- Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
- Work cooperatively with your team to meet targets and goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Observe all OH&S guidelines and report any safety concerns to management
- Follow all written and verbal instructions
- Attend safety and production trainings as required
- Immediately report any food safety or quality non-conformances to the TL or PIL
- Adhere to our clients Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and personal hygiene practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
