Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be part of a highly supportive workplace culture with a genuine passion for continuous improvement and excellence.
- **Essential requirements**:_
- Must have minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role in aged care or home based care
- Current registration (if EN/RN)
- Be available to work a variety of shifts day and night including weekend and sleepover shift/s when needed
- Be flexible with good availability
- Be confident and be experienced to work independently on PM and sleepover shifts.
- Have fluent spoken and clear written English
- Be able to confidently deal with first aid and communicate to emergency services if required.
- Hold Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Empathetic and compassionate with a vibrant & engaging personality
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Hold a current Police check or be willing to undertake
- Own transport as public transport is limited especially on weekends and on late shifts
