**Key Responsibilities**:
- Infection control is paramount
- Assist the dental surgeon during various dental procedures.
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after dental treatments.
- Have a basic working knowledge of radiographs (X-rays).
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage patient scheduling.
- Educate patients on postoperative and general oral healthcare instructions.
- Follow all infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment.
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, ensuring consent forms are signed, and processing patient payments.
**Qualifications**:
- Certified Dental Assistant or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience assisting in dental surgeries, including implants, bone grafting, and PRF is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
- Proficiency in dental software and computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
