**About the role**:
Working as a Rehabilitation Support Officer, you will support Rehabilitation Consultants with medical administration to coordinate the rehabilitation activity for injured ADF Personnel.
- Update and maintain medical records
- Manage and book medical appointments
- Coordinate invoices and budgets
- Coordinate case management documentation and reporting

**What will make you successful**:

- Effective communication skills & be able to work as part of a team
- The ability to work on a casual basis between the hours of 07:30 - 15:30 Monday to Friday (often at short notice)
- Medical administration experience
- Empathetic and personable nature
- Ability to perform routine and some repetitive tasks
- Australian Citizenship
