**About the role**

We are currently looking for Slipform Operators, Concrete Finishers and Concrete Labourers to join Southwest Kerbing, a division of WEM.

These positions requires a positive attitude towards maintaining high standards of work ethics. The successful applicants will be able to work on challenging projects with a great team.

**Duties**:

- Concrete placement
- Concreting of kerb, gutter and footpath
- Finishing and curing concrete with slurry
- Working with Fowlerex and Slipform machines
- Daily servicing and prestart of machines
- Inserting expansion joints and mastic
- Cutdowns and laybacks
- Use of all tools associated with concreting

**The requirements of this position are**:

- Ability to mentor and teach juniors on site
- Knowledge of site preparations, levels and pegging
- Knowledge of various kerb profiles
- Experience working with Fowlerex and Slipform machines - highly regarded
- Knowledge of servicing machines - highly regarded
- Work with a team and also independently
- Physically able to perform the duties of the role
- A valid Construction White Card
- Ability to travel to the Yard (Narellan)
- Working rights in Australia
- Working safely and complying with all site safety standards
