**Carco** is seeking a talented **Reconditioning Coordinator **to oversee our established Reconditioning team.

**The Role**
This role will involve overseeing the Reconditioning department, including the preparation and organisation of all inspections and/or repairs of vehicles to maximise efficiency and coordination for delivery in conjunction with the Used Vehicle Sales Department.
With no two days the same, you will be confident in inspecting preowned vehicles to the highest standards. You will be a qualified & knowledgeable coordinator and have a proven background in diagnostics, fault finding and as well as general vehicle reconditioning.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Previous experience as a Reconditioning Coordinator or experience in the automotive industry
- In-depth knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Hold a valid C Class Drivers Licence.
- Vocational Qualification in a related field
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to lead a small team and foster a positive work environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
