Bis Industries are now currently recruiting for experienced and skilled Watercart Operators to join our Granny Smith Operations.
Day to day you will be primarily operating manual (road ranger) HC Watercarts (Kenworth) along with CAT 740-D Water Carts performing onsite dust suppression of haul/main access roads.
You may be required to operate other equipment and mobile plant as required at site, depending on your qualifications and experience.
**Requirements for the role**:
- HC Class License
- Current RII for Water Cart Operations (advantageous)
- Previous work history and experience operating Water Carts performing dust suppression within production mining environments.
- Have a current National Criminal history check (within 12 months) or possess the ability to successfully pass background/criminal probity checks.
**Key responsibilities for this role include**:
- Operation of various types of watercarts performing access and haul road dust suppression.
- Demonstrated commitment to our goal of Zero Harm (for our people and our equipment)
- Commitment to all site safety standards and requirements
- Completion of pre-starts, care & maintenance of mobile plant.
Applicants will also be required to undertake a pre-employment medical functional assessment and drug and alcohol screening.
