We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Casual Assistant to support our Logistics and Documents Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in grain trading and logistics to kickstart their career. Exceptional performance in this role could lead to a full-time position with our company.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in international export logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of grain stocks and ensure real-time updates.
- Assist accumulation team to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
- Track shipment schedules and deadlines while ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Interest in grain trading, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and general computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Availability for flexible working hours to adapt to workflow demands.
