**Pressure & Window Cleaning Technician - Monday to Friday (Contract Role)**

**Location**: On-site ( Highett )
**Start Date**: Between **September 8-15**
**Contracting Role - ABN Required**
**Potential to move into a full-time position with benefits within 6 months**

We’re looking for a skilled **Exterior Cleaning Technician** who’s fit, fearless at heights, and committed to delivering top-tier results.

**What You’ll Do**
- Clean **windows, gutters, building exteriors, driveways**, and more.
- Operate pressure washing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work at heights using ladders, harnesses, and safety gear.
- Deliver exceptional service to every client and represent the company professionally.
- Work independently after completing training.

**What You’ll Need**
- Valid **Victorian manual driver’s licence**:

- ABN** (must-have)
- Working Safely at Heights_ certificate
- Proven experience in exterior cleaning or similar outdoor, physical work
- Physically fit, reliable, and not afraid of heights or tough conditions
- Professional presentation and punctuality

**Pay & Training**
- **Training period**: $200/day for 3-4 weeks alongside the company owner
- **Post-training rate**: $250-$300/day based on skill, efficiency, and autonomy
