We are seeking passionate and driven individual to take on the role of**Food & Beverage Manager.

As our Food & Beverage Manager, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

- Manage all team members in all aspects of the daily operation of the outlet, providing the necessary assistance where required;
- Ensures that approved service sequences and standards are established and maintained at all times;
- Trains, develops and monitors all team members to support succession planning;
- Oversees rosters, payroll budget, control costs to maximise profitability;
- Actions other duties as may be prescribed from time to time due to operational needs.

**Qualifications**
- A strong communicator with well-developed stakeholder management;
- Proven previous hotel experience as a Food & Beverage Manager an Banquet Operations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in order to meet allocated timelines and deadlines;
- The ability to remain calm when under pressure;
- The requirement to work a flexible roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays and
- The possession of a valid RSA.
