About the role:
Hotel West End is looking for dedicated, energetic and motivated people to join our team

As a member of our gaming team, you will help to create an amazing experience for our guests with attention and care. Our team is comprised of compassionate people with good social awareness and a dedication to our guests' experience.

You will be expected to perform the following duties in this role:

- Effectively manage gaming and cash transactions while maintaining cash security.
- Providing timely beverage service.
- Providing guests with prompt, friendly customer-focused advice and assistance with machines.
- Cleaning and keeping the staff area clean and tidy.
- Take food/drink orders while communicating effectively.

About you:
As a member of our team, you should be equipped with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Additionally, you will need to be capable of adapting to working shifts 4-6 days a week, including on holidays. As someone with prior experience in a role that involves serving customers, you should have a passion for providing top-notch customer service in addition to a willingness to develop lasting relationships with returning guests.

To succeed in this role, you must have the following skills and knowledge:

- The ability to build trusted relationships with customers.
- Experience in engaging a diverse demographic.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and personal presentation.

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer-facing work experience is preferred.
- Certificate of Responsible Service of Alcohol (can acquire after employment)
- Responsible Service of Gaming (can acquire after employment)
