**The opportunity**

This is a unique and rewarding opportunity for a dynamic clinical professional to join a leading provider of advanced medical technologies in the critical care space. As a **Clinical Product Specialist**, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing key accounts across South Australia, Western Australia, and the Northern Territory, working with high-performance defibrillators, telemedicine solutions, and mechanical CPR devices. This position offers a chance to directly impact patient care in the ambulance, aeromedical, hospital, and military sectors while being part of an innovative, fast-paced environment.

**Experience required**:

- **Minimum 3 years of on-road paramedic experience** or relevant clinical experience in emergency medical services (EMS) or critical care environments.
- Proven ability to **build and maintain customer relationships** in the critical care or healthcare sector.
- **Experience working with senior professionals** in EMS, hospital, or military environments.
- **Demonstrated ability in sales support** or business development, ideally in a healthcare or medical device setting (preferred but not essential).
- **Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint** for reporting, presentations, and sales tracking.
- **Experience with Salesforce** or similar CRM systems for sales tracking and customer engagement (preferred).
