Unidex Healthcare are a privately owned recruitment company established in 2001 and operate across Australia, with our main offices in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland. Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specialising in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.

**The Role**:
UHC are seeking Personal Care Assistant's to partner with a range of Aged Care Facilities based in the East Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.

There are requirements in the morning (6:00-15:00), afternoon (14:00-23:00) and night (22:00-7:00), Monday through to Sunday.

The role is a casual ongoing nature which means no end date in sight.

We are offering the following pay rate:

- Day shift $35.83 per hour
- Evening shift $39.41 per hour
- Night shift $40.13 per hour
- Saturday shift $50.16 per hour
- Sunday shift $57.33 per hour

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assistance with personal care and hygiene.
- Assistance with domestic tasks.
- Providing care in accordance with their individualised care plan.
- Supporting with community based recreational and social activities.
- Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.

**Skills & Experiences**:

- Australian Driver Licence
- Certificate 3 in Individual Support
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current Blue Card / Working with Children Check
- Current Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening
- Current First Aid / CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- NDIS Support Effective Communication Module
- Reliable, proactive and positive attitude
