**Rack Inspections**:

- Answering all incoming calls and enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Following - up with potential new clients annually after installations.
- Scheduling all rack inspections bookings.
- Assisting with site access requests.
- Completing and sending out reports and repair quotes to clients.
- Liaising with install team to schedule in rack repair work.
- Assisting rack inspector with completing and sending out reports to clients.
- Maintaining installation - and task schedule.
- Maintaining the rack inspection filling system.
- Liaise with clients in advance to enquire about required inductions and site specific PPE.

**Other**:

- Generally, promote the company philosophy of trustworthiness and integrity.
- Actively participate in and contribute to the team, comply with the company’s authorisation schedule, comply with any other reasonable request from management.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
