**About The Client**:
Our client, is a state Government Department responsible for planning, managing and implementing Queensland's transport environment in order to provide sustainable transport solutions for road, rail, air and sea. The Information Technology Branch helps deliver on our client's vision by guiding and providing novel, reliable, and secure ICT solutions accessible to all.

**About The Role**:
**We are on the hunt for 2 skilled program advisors to join our client's team for a 12-month contract with the possibility to extend.**

A Program Advisor is required to provide Advanced Support for Collaboration Services based on Microsoft technologies and general support across several other technologies.
- Contribute to the preparation of accurate and timely reports, gathering status updates from business stakeholders and governance committees, preparing high quality drafts for final review within timeframes as input to monitoring the performance of the program of work
- Assist with the development and maintenance of Cloud and Mainframe strategies, policies, plans, frameworks, standards, procedures, guidelines, roadmaps, briefing papers and other artefacts as required.
- Work with key stakeholders to reduce the program and project risks within the department.
- Critically analyse the current Information project/program governance risk and compliance processes and tools in line with current best practice. Provide recommendations and lead the implementation of them.
- Support Program and Project general administration
- Building strong relationships and establish networks with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of ICM Lifecycle Program activities.
- Providing high-level administrative support to the team including preparation, monitoring, and review program and/or project documentation.
- Other duties as required.
- The role may have quarterly Key Performance Indicators to maintain.
- Current and varied experience across public and private sector is highly desirable.
