We are a new, exciting, and forward-thinking brewery, and we are on the look for some passionate and experienced people to join our supervisor team

As a brewery we have a focus on crushable, thirst quenching beers, and a belief that running a brewery should be fun, and that everyone should feel welcome in our place. We are opening our doors to new staff who are passionate about hospitality, customer service, learning and growing in a young company. We want to nurture and grow talent from within our own company, so a positive attitude and willingness to learn and try comes above all else.

Requirements of the roles:

- Organisation, critical thinking and leadership skills are essential
- Drive to provide high quality service and experiences for patrons
- Current NSW RSA essential
- Working rights in Australia
- Demonstrate a clear level of passion for team culture and inspiring others
- People with similar values in relation to our cultural and community views
- Experience within the industry in a similar position
- Beer knowledge is NOT essential, however an eagerness to learn and ability to soak up information is very important

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $22.46 - $39.31 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
