**About the role**

Carer’s Network believe that are our support workers are the heart and soul of our organization and embody our values into their everyday commitments to our clients, by encouraging them to lead their lives in the way they choose.

We are currently looking for a dedicate and motivated and highly experience Personal Care Assistant who has had some experience in the following:

- Bowel care
- Catheter care
- Assisting with medication
- Mealtime preparation

to join our friendly and supportive team. Every day will be different as you will be providing care and support to a range of clients to help assist with their wellbeing and daily needs.

**How will you make an impact?**

You will be travelling to client’s homes and assisting with all aspects of complex care, to ensure their well-being and daily lifestyle needs are met.

To have the ability to provide companionship, friendship, and emotional support to clients.

Maintaining open communication and being attentive to clients’ needs

Experience in complex care is essential.

**A minimum of certificate III in one of the following is required**:

- Individual support
- Home and or community care
- Disability

**Requirements**:

- NDIS worker screening check
- Covid-19 Proof of Vaccination and booster.
- Current and valid First aid and CPR certification
- Current Drivers Australian licence

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Personal care: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (required)
- CPR Certification (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)

- Australia (required)
