**Therapeutic Youth Worker**

In this role, you won’t just be supporting young people—you’ll be empowering them to overcome challenges, build resilience, and create a brighter future. Every shift brings new experiences, and every moment could be the one that makes all the difference.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Supporting young people in residential settings, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Building strong, positive connections to help them develop life skills and independence
- Creating a structured, therapeutic environment that fosters growth and healing
- Responding to challenges with patience, empathy, and professionalism
- Working closely with a team of professionals to implement individualised care plans
- You will be expected to travel up to a 1-hour radius from our head office in Baulkham Hills

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A passion for working with young people and a genuine desire to make a difference
- The ability to stay calm, compassionate, and solution-focused in tough situations
- Minimum qualification: Diploma of Community Services (or currently studying) or related course
- Availability for a variety of casual shifts, including weekends and overnight shifts
- A full, valid Australian Driver’s Licence, First Aid & CPR Certificate & Working with Children Check

**Induction & Training**

Induction dates will be from **19th of May to 23rd of May**in our Baulkham Hills head office. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process.
