One of Australia’s prominent **Federal Government Departments **is looking to engage an experienced **Solution Analyst **to plan, manage and lead a user requirements study across the department. The **Solution Analyst** will deliver forward-looking capabilities essential to maintaining Australia's strategic advantage and capability edge over the coming decade and beyond. The successful **Solution Analyst **will be offered an initial **4 month** contract along with a **2 x 3 month extension** options partnered with a **rewarding hourly rate**.

The successful **Solution Analyst **will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Documenting outcomes as they progress their review
- Working with a wide range of stakeholders
- Working cohesively and communicate effectively across the branch to ensure the requirements across the different sections
- Preparing presentations on an as-required basis

The successful **Solution Analyst **will have experience in the following:

- Ability to perform gap analysis, detailing the current state and determining capability needs
- Ability to work with stakeholders to capture needs across the technical, process, and resource domains
- Ability to prepare reports including the presentation of findings and proposed solutions
- High-level proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite products
