**About the role**

We are currently looking for a mixed team of Disability Support Workers to support clients in our care. We have female and male participants ranging in age from 17 - 65 years old with low, medium and high care needs.

We understand that the role can be quite varied depending on the individual you support however, your day-to-day may involve you assisting with personal care, transportation, community access, feeding, mobility, and domestic duties. This role is perfect for you if you are someone who loves to help others maintain their quality of life in a supported independent living environment.

Special skillsets we are looking for:

- Experience with youth
- Experience in aged care

Please note that you can be rostered to work across various homes in Western Sydney including Parramatta, Edensor Park, Prestons, Jordan Springs, Roselands, Condell Park, Smithfield, Campbelltown, and Bringelly.

**About You**
- You have completed a Certificate 3 or higher in Disability, Aged Care, or other relevant courses
- You have previous experience working with people with disabilities, preferably within an accommodation setting
- You are committed to providing client focused services with positive outcomes
- A current Working with Children Check
- An NDIS Worker Screening Certificate
- A current police check conducted within 6 months
- A valid Australian drivers licence with a reliable and comprehensively insured car
- A current first aid certificate
