The purpose of this role is to maintain all stock in the warehouse and pick orders using safe manual handling procedures and to deliver product in good condition in an effective and timely manner. **Key Responsibilities** - Working in a varied temperature-controlled environment - Employ correct stock rotation principles at all times based on 'first in first out' rule - Ensure any stock returned by drivers is put back into appropriate bin locations or put in appropriate damaged or low code locations - Understand and adhere to HACCP regulations - Deliver products (including chilled and frozen products) to customers as per invoice requirements - Obtain and be responsible for payment from customers **Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications** - MR or HR truck licence required - Forklift licence (advantageous) - Good understanding of warehouse and transport operations preferably in the food service industry - Must have refrigerated food and multi drop experience - Understand OH&S and food safety program (HACCP) and in particular the "cold chain" process - Ability to work overtime when required - Customer focused and good at building interpersonal relationships - Highly motivated, flexible with a solid work ethic and positive attitude - Physically fit with the ability to load and unload truck (couple of tonne a day) within safety guidelines - Ability to deal with customer feedback We are offering competitive remuneration, superannuation and other staff benefits (such as discounts on staff purchases, discounted accommodation, health insurance and banking).
