**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ Oversee daily café operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards
✔ Lead, train, and motivate a team to provide exceptional service
✔ Manage rostering, stock control, and ordering
✔ Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace regulations
✔ Drive sales, manage budgets, and optimize costs
✔ Handle customer service, problem-solving, and team development

- **Extensive experience** (5+ years) in café or hospitality management

- Strong understanding of financials, rostering, and stock control
