**Urgent Recruitment: Disability Support Workers with High-Intensity Skills**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Deliver person-centred, **high-intensity support** in accordance with individual support plans, including:

- PEG Feed Management
- Ventilator Management - Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV) - Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP)/Bi-level Positive Airway Pressure (BiPAP)
- Tracheostomy Management
- Urinary Catheter Management
- Complex Bowel Care Management
- Assistance with Personal Care and Daily Living Tasks
- Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date progress notes
- Collaboration with families and other professionals

**Essential Requirements**:

- Certificate IV in Disability Support
- Experience in managing complex health needs such as PEG feeding, ventilator management (NIV - BiPAP/CPAP), tracheostomy management, urinary catheter management, complex bowel care, hoisting, and medication management.
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Completion of Manual Handling training or willingness to do so
- Current Police check within the last 12 months or willingness to obtain one prior to employment
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Valid driver’s license with access to a roadworthy and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Appropriate visa to work in Australia

**Additional Requirements**:

- Experience using lifters (sling or stand-up lifters)
- Proficiency with other equipment, such as slide sheets

**Please Note**:

- **Further training will be provided.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $83.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Shift work
