**The Company**
Well-established in the Australian cleaning industry, Quad Services is a leading provider of cleaning, security and associated services across Australia and New Zealand. To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our People and Culture Team. As this is a new role, this is an opportunity to make the role your own.
**The Role**
As a Internal Recruiter, you will:
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process
- Manage multiple roles across Australia
- Recruitment administration
- Build effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices
- Onboard new team members
- Occasional travel to sites assist with recruitment processes, job fairs or other offsite recruitment activities
**Skills and Experience**
The successful applicant will be an experienced recruiter who has:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Experience with volume or blue-collar recruitment
- Tertiary qualified
- Confident and positive phone manner
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- An eye for detail
- COVID-19 vaccination (fully vaccinated)
- National Police check
- Ability to build relationships and rapport quickly
- Strong organisational and administration skills
