Cheltenham, Australia Revita Medical & Skin Clinic Full time

Revita Medical and Skin Clinic is seeking a full-time Drug and Alcohol Counsellor to join our multidisciplinary team of doctors and allied health professionals in our newly renovated clinic in Cheltenham.

The role requires responsibilities included the following but not limited to:

- Provide one-to-one counselling and support to clients experiencing alcohol and/or other substance use issues
- Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment and recovery plans, and deliver sessions in person and/or via telehealth
- Liaise with GPs, and other providers to coordinate holistic care and referrals
- Maintain accurate notes and records in line with policies and requirements
- Participate in team meetings, supervision and professional development

**Skills and Experience**
- Relevant qualification in counselling, social work, psychology or a relevant field
- Demonstrated experience in AOD counselling and care coordination
- Strong communication with English and other language (preferred) proficiency, record keeping and teamwork skills

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
