Contract Manager

**About the role**:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team and manage the commercial cleaning operations for an extensive Aged Care Portfolio that’s spans multiple sites in and around Sydney. Your primary focus will be to lead and oversee the area managers who are responsible for the day-to-day operations for the portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery to our client across the portfolio. You will manage a high performing team through solid delegation, reporting requirements, analytics, and leadership capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the delivery of all operational requirements across the portfolio
- Lead and manage a team of area managers
- Be the first point of contact for our Client
- Take ownership for the monitoring and control of budgets and the delivery of positive financial results
- Ensure WH&S, client protocols and legislative requirements are fulfilled
- Collaborate with other internal departments such as Finance, HR and Compliance
- Develop and implement training programs
- Create and present monthly KPI reports
- Develop and implement SOP’s, processes and procedures pertaining to the contract

**About you**:

- Previous success in managing operations across multiple sites where you enabled a team of managers and supervisors to achieve their best
- Proven success in developing and leading a high performing team
- Honed ability to report on financial and service level results in a highly professional manner
- Established experience in overseeing large scale successful operational projects
- The ability to develop and realise new processes quickly with a clear focus on success and exceeding financial and operational targets
- The ability to lead and mentor effectively with a focus on positive engagement and continuous improvement
- A proven emphasis on customer service with a highly visible “can do” attitude
- A professional and positive manner which mark you as a truly effective leader
- Very high attention to detail, excellent time management and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, management or similar disciplines will be highly regarded
- A valid driving licence and a clear police check or the ability to obtain one quickly
