Our South East QLD Branch is based in the Brisbane CBD and is consistently one of the top performers nationally. After some serious growth, we require another consultant to assist with our service delivery amongst our already established client base to really raise the roof and show the Brisbane market what we have to offer. This means we have an opportunity for someone looking to work in a team that really means business and has the resilience and work ethic like no other.

This
**Blue Collar Temp** desk comes with an excellent and loyal client base and a great pipeline with plenty of low hanging fruit to feast upon. I am looking for a customer focused individual who wants to play their part in a great success story with the ability to be exposed to another level of service delivery.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Managing a busy blue collar temp desk
- Manage workload and meet reasonable KPIS
- Work collaboratively with the Brisbane team and the wider IPA network

**To be successful you will need**:

- Blue collar industry recruitment experience desired but not essential
- A history of achieving budgets and targets - both professionally and personally
- A fire in your belly and a hunger to succeed
- A great attitude, willing to learn and implement into your work days
- Corporate presentation and communication
- Exceptional communication skills
- Microsoft suite experience

To be considered for this role, you must have a friendly nature with the ability to engage with people of all levels and backgrounds. You must be able to work well under pressure and to tight time-lines and have the capacity to prioritise your own work load.
