Gardening Apprentice

Gardening Apprentice - Permanent full-time position- Work Monday - Thursday, 7 AM - 3 PM, Friday 7AM-1:30PM- NFP Tax benefits - salary package up to $15,900 and $2,650 for meals and entertainment allowance.

We are offering a fabulous fully-funded apprenticeship opportunity in our gardening team at our flagship location, Anzac Village in Narrabeen. This is a full-time role looking after the day-to-day gardening activities across our Retirement Village in Narrabeen to ensure the gardens and grounds are always looking their absolute best.

About the role:
Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
- Maintenance of gardens and grounds, including hedging, pruning and weed spraying- Planting of new shrubs and plants- Other duties as directed by the Leader

What are we looking for?- Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards sustained maintenance of grounds.- Ability to interact with seniors on a day-to-day basis.- Drivers licence as you may be required to drive around the village.- Willing to undergo a National Police check.
