**About the role**
We are looking for people who genuinely care and in return, we will provide you with an environment where you will feel supported and appreciated.
**How you’ll make an impact**
- Assist in carrying out lifestyle assessments of residents
- Actively participate in the delivery of activity programs
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation reflecting any changes to resident’s status
- Liaise with residents and their families
**About you**
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge regarding the ACFI framework (desirable)
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (desirable)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience using a computerised Care Management System (desirable)
- Outstanding computer literacy
