The SIAM Process Manager primarily exists to govern (as a specialist) and manage the key SIAM processes for ASP. The role will be responsible for ensuring fit for purpose processes are defined and implemented by the newly established SIAM function. The role will have oversight of all SIAM processes and will be required to work with key business stakeholders and IT Product Owners to identify continuous improvement opportunities in the delivery of IT Service Management.
Key to the success of the role is effectively leading the design of the SIAM operational model and the subsequent implementation of SIAM within ASP.

Lead the design and development and measurement of fit for purpose SIAM related processes for ASP
Key processes include.
- Event Management
- Incident Management
- Change Management
- Problem Management
- Service Request and Catalogue Management
- Asset & Config Management CMDB (CSDM v3 or v4)
- Service Level Management
- Service Transition
- Knowledge Management
- Chair relevant forums as required and ensure continual improvement of processes.
- Assist the IT Product Owner SIAM in the transition of ASP IT Services to operate in a multi-sourced SIAM operating model.
- Develop a highly collaborative relationship with service providers process owners.
- Establish and maintain strong productive and collaborative relationships with service providers to ensure the required level of service.
- Build collaborative relationships within other areas of ASP outside of IT to extend the Service Management concepts and processes to other departments that provide services to ASP such as Engineering or HR.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Let's talk about your capability and experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in an IT or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Service Management.
- Manufacturing industry experience
- ITIL 4.0 Foundations Certification or the ability to obtain within the first 6 months.
- Understanding of CMDB ServiceNow Common Services Data Model v3 or v4 and how it is applied.
- ServiceNow implementation experience
- Experience implementing ServiceNow Common Services Data Model
- Experience leading the implementation of integrating products with ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of integration technologies and methodologies
