As a member of our bar team, you will get the chance to show what you can do in one of Melbourne's most stunning dining rooms. Located in Bond Street, in the heart of the city, you will have great access to public transport.

**Skills and Experience**
- Must have a can-do attitude and be a team player
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in setting up and closing down a bar
- Customer engagement and creating a customer experience
- Understanding of cocktail making and following recipes
- Previous experience working in higher-end venues is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional presentation and grooming standards
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays and late nights
