**About the opportunity**
Reporting to the Head of Resilience and Integrity, you will help reduce fraudulent and corrupt activity by supporting the design and implementation of effective prevention, detection, and response strategies.

**What you’ll deliver with us**
The Fraud Advisor plays a critical role in second line fraud coordination, driving the maturity uplift of the Group's Fraud and Corruption Framework and ensuring compliance with the Fraud and Corruption Rule (Section 10 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (PGPA) Rule 2014). Additionally, you help to deliver analysis, insights, stakeholder engagement, and awareness initiatives to promote a strong anti-fraud culture and supports the delivery of better outcomes for the Group and its customers.

**You’ll also**
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of the Group’s Fraud Policy, Framework, and Control System to meet PGPA Fraud and Corruption Rule compliance
- Evaluate trends, threats, and potential indicators of fraud and corruption, and recommend risk mitigation strategies
- Lead and support the development of anti-fraud and corruption collateral, training programs, and awareness initiatives
- Lead and support fraud and corruption investigations
- Deliver fraud and corruption insights, incident analysis, and reporting, including contributions to the monthly dashboard and Audit & Risk Committee updates
- Coordinate and support stakeholder engagement activities to embed fraud and corruption awareness and support capability uplift across business units

**About you**
You demonstrate a strong ability to influence, coach, and engage stakeholders. You also possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills across varying levels of seniority, as well as the ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and operate with mínimal supervision.

**You’ll also need**
- Relevant qualifications in fraud investigation, governance, or risk management (Certificate IV in Government Investigations preferred)
- Certifications in investigation or compliance (desirable)
- In-depth understanding of AS 8001:2021 Fraud and Corruption Control standards
- Great awareness of emerging fraud and corruption risks, industry trends, and mitigation strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
