**About our Opportunity**
An exciting opportunity now exists for a self-driven and experienced Business Analyst to join our business. Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for preparation of group monthly management reports and administering the group board reporting software solution (BOARD.) Additional responsibilities include coordinating the global month end reporting schedule, managing the internal controls process and the periodic review of group balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and alignment with group standards.
**About You**
We are looking for someone who has a proven track record working as a financial accountant and ideally you would possess the following qualities:
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to show initiative and be solutions focused
- Ability to identify areas of continuous improvement and implement solutions
- A systems mindset - with the ability to understand systems, data base structures and processes
- Ability to explain concepts and reports to a global audience.
- Strong attention to detail with highly developed numerical capability
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- A tertiary qualification in Financial Accounting, or relevant discipline
Key to your success would be your ability to prepare, deliver and interpret good reporting data with a high level of professionalism, accountability, quality orientation and confidentiality. You will have the ability to communicate effectively and engage across a varied level of stakeholders. It is essential that you are highly organised, self-driven and able to work autonomously.
