Cleaning Subcontractor Required for Pub

**The Role**:
Subcontractor/s required to clean Pub at 5 Riverside Qy, Southbank Vic

2 hours each morning Monday to Friday (extra time given if function room needs to be cleaned)

Long Term Customer - Ongoing work - Must have job completed by 9am.

We would prefer two (2) cleaners doing alternate days.

Week 1

Cleaner 1 - Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Cleaner 2 - Tuesday, Thursday

Week 2

Cleaner 2 - Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Cleaner 1 -Tuesday, Thursday

Team of two welcome to apply, with the possibility of taking up the 5 days.

**Tasks Include**:

- Clean Toilets & Urinals Thoroughly (including spot cleaning walls and floor corners)
- Cob Web Removal
- Wipe Dust from Ledges
- Spray & Wipe Glass, Glass Panels and Bannisters
- Empty Rubbish Bins/Replace Liners
- Vacuum & Mops Floors
- Blowing Leaves from Outdoor Garden
- Must Follow and sign off on Daily Checklist

**Pls Take Note: You must be in the cleaning industry to apply**. If you have or your own commercial cleaning business or a sole trader in the cleaning industry, are a detailed cleaner and can follow instructions via a checklist, then we would love to hear from you.

**Equipment**:
All provided. Must supply own gloves.

**Role Requirements**:

- Must have ABN & Public Liability Insurance $5 mil
- Must be a professional cleaner in the industry either as a company or sole trader
- Must start this job no later than 6.30/7am
- Must be able to work on ones own
- Must be able to follow a checklist and sign off on it
- Must have commercial cleaning experience
- Good knowledge of and a commitment to safe working practices
- Be physically fit to carry out standard duties and ability to walk for lengthy periods
- Must be able to carry a mop bucket up 17 steps
- Good listening skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Be able to communicate in verbal and written English
- Ability to work early hours
- Must have valid work rights in Australia

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 6 per week
