**In this Region Manager, Proprietary Lending role, you will**:

- Be responsible for overall management of Proprietary Lending Specialists who provide Proprietary lending solutions to Personal Banking customers.
- Improve speed to competency and sales proficiency across Proprietary lending and everyday banking teams as well as lender quality, operational excellence, and customer experience outcomes.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering & driving strong & consistent results.
- Extensive experience in retail/commercial banking and/or credit assessment & management, with a proven track record in sales and a passion for customer service
- Relevant compliance and sales/service leadership training including lending accreditation.
- Sound knowledge and skills in Banking regulations, practices and procedures; credit assessment and associated issues; full range of Bank products; Company / commercial law; Accounting principles and practices
