About the role

Aussie HVAC Cleaning Services is seeking an experienced Aircon Technician to join our team in Sydney. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for providing expert air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance, repair and installation services to our diverse range of commercial and residential clients.

**What you'll be doing**
- Inspect, diagnose and repair air conditioning and refrigeration system
- Perform routine maintenance, servicing and cleaning on Aircon system
- Install new air conditioning and refrigeration units
- Provide outstanding customer service and technical advice to clients
- Comply with all relevant safety and industry regulations
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for all work completed
- Support the wider team as needed to meet project deadlines and customer needs

**What we're looking for**
- Formal qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience as an Aircon Technician, ideally in a similar commercial and residential HVAC services role
- Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, components and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and diagnostic skills
- Outstanding customer service orientation and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Current driver's licence

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
