**Baker**
- Full-time Position - Baker (Daylesford, Victoria)
- Annual salary of $55,000 + 10% super

Bakers Delight Daylesford is seeking to hire a reliable, self-motivated and hardworking baker to join our team.
- Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, oven and other equipment
- to make baked goods, such as bread and other variety of products etc.
- Mixing, cutting, moulding and shaping dough and pastry goods
- Preparing pastry fillings
- Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety
- and quality controls.
- Decorating and displaying finished products.
- Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payments, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
- Maintaining bakery cleanliness as to WHS Standards

**Requirements**:

- Qualification - at least Certificate III or Certificate IV in Retail Baking (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years proven baking experience
- Passion for baking
- Have a valid driver’s licence
- Ability to work in a fast paced/flexible environment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
