We are looking for a friendly and reliable **Casual Optical Dispenser** to join our close-knit team at our small, independent optometry practice. We are a local optometry practice dedicated to delivering personalised and high-quality eye care to our community. We pride ourselves on our welcoming atmosphere, and we’re committed to providing a professional and positive experience for each of our patients.

**Location**: South Perth
**Hours**: Flexible, casual position. Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays main priority.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist patients in selecting eyeglasses and lenses based on their prescriptions and lifestyle needs.
- Fit, adjust, and repair frames to ensure proper fit and comfort.
- Educate patients on frame and lens care.
- Provide outstanding customer service and address any questions or concerns.
- Ensure the dispensary is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Process orders and maintain accurate patient records.
- Work alongside the optometrist and team to provide exceptional care.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous optical dispensing experience preferred, but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a small team.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy environment.
- A passion for helping people and delivering excellent patient care.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
