We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Full-Time Pizza & Pasta Chef to join our team at our Oakleigh location. If you have a passion for Italian cuisine and at least 2-3 years of experience running a kitchen, we want to hear from you

**Position Details**:

- **Location**: Oakleigh
- **Store Hours**: 9 PM - 5 AM
- **Type**: Takeaway only
- **Kitchen Operation**: Managed by one chef at all times

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of pizza and pasta dishes to perfection
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and quality
- Handle inventory, food preparation, and cleaning duties
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience running a kitchen
- Ability to work independently and manage all kitchen operations
- Must be an all-rounder with skills in both pizza and pasta preparation
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
