Momentum Health + Fitness is an **innovative, high-energy 24/7 gym** focused on top-tier equipment, group classes, and wellness services. We are expanding and looking for a **Client Relationship Manager** to lead our **membership growth, front desk operations, and customer experience.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee **membership sales and retention** strategies.
Manage the **front desk team**, ensuring top-tier customer service.
Handle **member inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution**.
Track **membership growth, cancellations, and customer feedback**.
Assist in Implementing **sales promotions** and ensure conversion of leads.
Work with the Marketing Manager to align customer engagement strategies.
Ensure compliance with **billing, contracts, and gym policies**.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
