**Join us as a Personal Carer - St Andrew’s Aged Care, Tallebudgera**- **5 x Casual Positions | Flexible Shifts -**Primarily Day Shifts (varying times between 6:00am-2:30pm) and Afternoon Shifts (4:00pm-8:00pm)
- **Remuneration**: $31.10 to $42.42/hour, dependant on experience (includes 25% casual loading) + Super + $15,990 Salary Packaging + Access to Staff Discounts & Benefits

- **What You’ll Do**- Support residents with daily living, always with dignity and respect
- Assist with personal care tasks including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Encourage independence and wellbeing
- Work closely with nurses, lifestyle, and hospitality teams
- Assist with mobility and safe use of equipment (manual handling)
- Provide emotional support and create a nurturing environment
- Document care accurately using iCare
- Collaborate with families and health professionals for holistic care- **What You’ll Bring**- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in aged care and a genuine passion for helping older people
