**About the Role**:
Due to a recent restructure within the organisation, there are multiple positions available across Corporate, In Home Care and Residential Aged care portfolios.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders across the organisation.

Full lifecycle recruiting to inspire and attract talented, diverse people to work at Baptcare.

Work collaboratively and respectfully with your team, supporting all areas and asking for help as needed.

Compliance with employment law, industry requirements and internal processes.

Reporting, communication, and planning.

Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders.

High level of customer service, internally and externally.

Experience in internal recruitment or agency, working on high volume and fast paced recruitment activities.

Enjoyment working in a team environment and contributing positively.

Self-reflective and self-aware.

Inclusive and open-minded, open hearted and open-willed.

Flexible and able to work in the grey.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including coaching, negotiating, and writing.

Strong attention to detail and a strong results orientation.

Sound judgement and decision-making skills.

Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to priorities tasks.

A high level of computer/technology literacy.

Ability to work independently as well as being a supportive and contributing member of the P&C and TA team.
