As the Retail Manager for Midland, you will be responsible for day to day operations and the development of your sales team. This is a well rounded and autonomous role that will set you up for an outstanding retail career.

**You will Bring**:

- Proven results in achieving results via structured kpi’s
- Immaculate presentation and engaging communication style
- Strong visual merchandising ability and attention to detail
- Experienced in managing stock and inventory
- Passion for building teams sales ability and sharing knowledge
- Outgoing and confident personality with a passion for retail

**You will Receive**:

- Base salary from $54k+super
- Uncapped commission on sales + product allowances
