This is a **permanent part-time position**, based in our Head Office at TotalFusion Morningside, (3 days per week) with the potential to transition into a full-time role as our brand continues to expand.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the **Marketing Manager**, you’ll play a key role in bringing the TotalFusion brand to life. If you have an eye for aesthetics, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to create**scroll-stopping content, we want to hear from you

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Capturing **high-quality video content** that embodies the TotalFusion brand and lifestyle.
- Producing **15-20 engaging short-form videos** weekly for organic and paid social media.
- Contributing creative input to grow one of Australia’s leading wellness brands.
- Collaborating with the **Head of Visual Media** to develop top-tier campaign content.
- Handling **post-production editing** for both photo and video assets.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **Videography & content creation** experience, with a portfolio showcasing both premium high-end content and user-generated style formats.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro**, **Photoshop & Lightroom**.
- Strong experience in **high-volume video post-production** and **colour grading Log footage**.
- Deep understanding of **Instagram and TikTok trends**, with an ability to create content that drives engagement.
- Minimum **3 years in a full-time content creation role**.

**Other Requirements**:

- Finger on the pulse of **social media trends** and emerging content styles.
- Strong work ethic, highly proactive, and able to work to **tight deadlines**.
- A **passion for health and fitness** is highly desirable.
- **Positive, can-do attitude** with a creative mindset.
- Must provide a **portfolio (photo & video), resume, and cover letter**.
- **Driver’s license & own transport** required.
- University degree **desirable but not essential**.
- **Own equipment preferred**, but gear can be supplied.
- Able to work **on-site at TotalFusion Morningside (3 days per week)**.
