**_ About the Opportunity_**

Your main responsibility will be sourcing and managing applicants for current and future vacancies and assisting in the development of internal opportunities whilst supporting the Talent Team Leader to help drive the talent acquisition strategy and streamline our processes.

**Key Responsibilities,**
- Contribute to the implementation of the talent management strategy
- Consult with Hiring Managers and Operations to identify recruitment needs
- Provide guidance & education to hiring managers
- Manage job requisitions and Talent management software
- Writing & posting job advertisements for maximum optimisation
- Identify strategic sourcing channels & build a pipeline of potential hires
- Conducting pre-screening phone interviews
- Organising & participating in group & individual recruitment activities

**About You**
- At least 2+ years recruitment experience within Internal or Agency
- Experience managing bulk recruitment activities
- Exceptional communication skills - able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
- Strong computer literacy and experience with applicant tracking systems and database searches
- Excellent writing capability & strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and the ability to influence & educate hiring managers
- Highly organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Solutions focussed self-starter - excellent problem-solving skills
